2. Internet,Intranet and Extra-net are types of websites. The Internet Website is accessed by everyone. Intranet website is is designed and restricted to be used by  a particular company. Extra-net is website to be used by the clients/vendors of a particular company. 
3. Worm replicate themselves to all the people in the user's email list. 
4. Phishing is tricking a computer user to get his password or other confidential information. 
5. Shareware is free for initial period while Freeware is life long free. 
6. Firewall prevents others to access to one company's intranet. 
7. Gateway links two networks having different protocols. .
